Susan Hollywood is a Holistic Health Coach and Healer dedicated to supporting midlife Black women as they navigate menopause through holistic, nature-rooted wellness and nurtured emotional resilience.
After undergoing fibroid surgery and facing complications, Susan realised that true healing is more than physical—it’s emotional, ancestral, and deeply personal. This awakening sparked her mission to break the buried silence many Black women have carried for generations and to help restore connection to natural ways of healing that honour who we truly are.
Research shows that Black women tend to experience menopause around 8.5 months earlier than average and are 50% more likely to report severe hot flushes. These disparities reveal the urgent need for care that acknowledges both visible symptoms and unspoken, inherited challenges.
Susan’s personalised coaching blends natural whole-health tools with generational insight and emotional support. This nature-rooted approach helps women feel balanced, empowered, and deeply supported as they move through midlife.
