Meet the Founder
Susan Hollywood is a former further education teacher and accredited health coach. She began her wellness journey after facing health challenges during Covid-19 and the sudden onset of menopause. She has since gained excellent control of her health and wellbeing with the help naturopathic approaches and support.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys jogging, walking, swimming, reading, and caring for her free-range backyard chickens. She stays current with the latest health and wellness research, is a Founder award winner and a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

In a comprehensive 90-minute consultation, we’ll conduct an in-depth case history analysis, uncover the root causes of your challenges, and provide tailored recommendations to set you on the path to success.
During your follow-up, we’ll finalise a personalised coaching plan, focusing on one achievable goal broken down into small, manageable actions and adjusted along the way to suit your progress.
Ongoing coaching sessions include emotional, physical, and lifestyle support specifically designed to help you navigate menopause with confidence and ease.
